France: of course !

Destinations you should avoid in July

Unless you prefer rainwater over seawater, avoid Asia in general. Also the Arabian Peninsula if you can't cope with very high temperatures, or the Southern Hemisphere if you don't like the extreme cold of the austral winter. In the Caribbean zone, temperatures remain high but rain and wet weather can play spoilsport. Finally, if you don't like intense heat avoid the shores of the Red Sea where the mercury rises into the red.
